I was really looking forward to my stay, but it was quite the disappointment. The beautiful ocean-view room was the highlight, but everything else fell short. The check-in process was frustrating and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I hope the hotel staff can improve things, as the potential is definitely there.

Despite the beautiful grounds and clean rooms, my stay was marred by poor service and a lack of essential amenities. The parking situation was frustrating, especially with a pregnant wife, and the long shuttle waits were a hassle. I appreciated the comfortable beds but was disappointed by the absence of microwaves in suites and non-functioning Chromecast. Overall, I don’t think I’ll return until they resolve these issues.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Although the location was beautiful and the beach was amazing, my stay was marred by issues like the initial room being infested with bugs and a loud environment that made it near impossible to get a good night's sleep. Management wasn't helpful in resolving problems, which left me frustrated. On the plus side, the beach itself was stunning and the views from my room were breathtaking.
